Could Hyperthyroid Be Due To Graves Disease?

I believe I saw where someone had asked a similar question, but my anxiety is getting the best of me. I have hyperthyroid and am currently undergoing the radioactive iodine test to see the cause (my doctor believes it s Graves), I have the normal symptoms for that but lately Ive had a few others that may not be related. I found some lumps (not huge, you have to push to feel them), one under each ear kind of on the neck and one kind of under where my tongue is on my neck. They move around when you push on them, I have asked two different drs since I noticed them and they didn t know, one said that s not where lymph nodes are. I was thinking possibly salivary glands? I also have had some excess saliva off and on where I almost feel like I m drooling. I have high anxiety so of course I m all worried it s something related to PBC or something, but my liver numbers seem to be pretty normal. I also had a baby 15 months ago, and I know a lot of things are triggered by pregnacy. Thanks!
