Could Hysterectomy Cause Diarrhea?

I was brutally raped 3 years ago analy the doctors kept asking me if I was having any bowel from my vagina. At the time I wasn't. Roughly a week ago I started having liquid bowel. I had a hysterectomy so I do not get my period anymore so that is not it. What can this be?
