65yowm tilt first and legs giveway falling. can t get up when get down, trouble exiting chair. no dizziness but lack of balance. aortic stenosis asyptomatic, gerds, fibromyalgia, reflux, osteoarthritis, degenerative joint disease. alprazolam, nexium. Effexor. otherwise healthy and active. on same meds for years. no ear pain. could heart disease be likely culprit. already been to orthopedist, cardiologist, had nerves checked in legs and family practitioner to no avail. any ideas
