Could Increase In Immature Granulocytes Be Due To Fibromyalgia Injections?

My last blood work came back with 0.2 immature grans the wbc was normal , this was six months ago and no one told me . I found out last thursday and by saturday my doc was running a full leukemia test on me , I am worried I have not had any infections but I do have fibromyalgia and I do get injections in to my spine could it be anything to do with that ? Oh and I found out they were at that level before and came back down
