Could Indigestion Be Due To Allergy Towards Alcohol?

I have indigestion - sometimes requiring me to go home early - usually after a night of beer or wine (not in excess - only social). I am trying to decide if the chances are more likely that I am allergic to alcohol, or have a gluten intolerence and also am allergic to phalates... or could it be something completely different?
