Could Indigestion, Sore Breasts And Abdominal Cramps Be Due To Pregnancy?

hi i m 26 yrs, 5.2 fts, 80 kg female. I have related to my pregnancy. i have missed my period this time but not checked pregnancy yet, i m feeling indigestion from 3 days, also frequently belching like vomiting but no vomiting yet also slight pain in stomach due to gas, breast are like swollen and tingling sometimes. please let me know these are symptoms of sure pregnancy as i am trying since last 3 months.
