Could Inflamed Nose Be Related To Herpes?

My nose is hurting and the rt side looks very Inflamed>One dr.gave me Augmentum and the other gave zovirax cr to put in the nostril. even though the direction says don't put in the nose. I tried the antibiotic for 5 days and quit. It was just making it worse. The only thing I'm doing is rinsing with saline nasal spray. The only unfortunate thing about my health,At 42 I got herpes virus from my husband. I have no symptoms,could this be related. Also, the G.I. dept have poked in my rt nostril 4 times to do amanometry test and ph and trannasalesophgascopy, in which they numbed my rt side with lidocaine. After all these test, there was always slight bleeding then it stopped. I'm scared please help and my nose feels very heavy even my teeth hurt. Should i get a ct scan for better results!!!
