Could Inflammation And Cyst On Liver Be Due To Hepatitis A?

I have just been told by my GP that I have had Hepatitis A within the last 5+ years. I have had a few fevers in that time period but the one that stands out is the one when the (resident) doctor told me to "just go home and keep taking the Tylenol", and I did - every 5hours. Come to realize I had overdosed! Since that infection my stools have been yellow and pale; that is about seven years ago. My GP also said that I now have an inflamed liver and my unltra-sound shows a cyst on my liver and I have an "inexplicable" immun-deficiency/auto-immune process. I live with someone who had a very serious Hepatitis infection in the 1980's (in Africa). What are the chances I contracted this from him? Did the Tylenol damage my liver? Did the Hepatitis damage my liver? Should I worry about the cyst? I have advanced arthritis and cannot walk without crutches and I am being pressured to replace my hip joints. What are the chances I will heal properly with all this happening?
