Could Injury On Left Side Of Head Be A Matter Of Concern?

my 70 yr old dad had 2 massive strokes 7 months ago.he has made afull recovery,but 3 days ago he was brutly attacked and was hit over the head ,on the same side the blood clots from his stroke.he lay unconcious for two hrs,and had 17 stiches.he is confussed and says he does not feel normal .what is your advice
