Could Intake Of Suboxone By A Heroin Addict Be A Matter Of Concern?

If someone was addicted to heroin and then started taking suboxone. ..could she then smoke or inject actual bath salts and not get sick? I am.concerned my friend has started doing this instead of heroin bur I know she is using one film a day of suboxone.
