Could Intake Of Suboxone Shown In Urine During Drug Test?

I have several things going on with my back I go to my surgeon in 4 days to find out the results of MRI to see if I need a fourth surgery. Haven t been on pain meds for 6 months! Depressed and crying went through my drawer looking for anything, found old Suboxones..used 1, didn t do anything!! Will it show up in my urine if They do A drug test?? THANKS!
