Could Intake Of Extra Dosage Of Levofloxacin Be A Matter Of Concern?

I started on sdz-levofloxazicin 500mg. Monday take 1 daily. I did not remember if I took it this morning. So, I took another one this evening. Note: I have 2 blood clots in my lungs. I am taking this because I have the Flu Virus. Living in Toronto, Ontario.
