Could Intermittent Loss Of Vision Be Due To Warfarin?

After a mitral valve replacement I have been on warfarin fot the past 15 weeks. Since then
I have had 7 or 8 episodes during which I have lost either complete or partial sight in my right eye. The episodes last between 2 and 7 minutes. The carotid arteries have been checked and they appear to be OK and my eyes have also been checked and nothing untoward has been found.
Do you think I should still be on Warfarin? or would other some other blood thinner be more appropriate?
I am also taking sotolil and furosemide.
