Could Intermittent Pain In Left Side Of Breast Be Heart Related?

I was diagnosed with heart failure in 2007 but have been doing fine since then. Recently I have occasionally had the left side of my breast with pains..not shooting but hurt. They last off and on for sometimes half an hour. Are these heart pains? they don t occur every day.
