Could Intermittent Pain In Right Lower Abdomen Be Due To Kidney Stone?

Hello. I have had a pain on and off on my right lower quadrant for about 2 yrs. I did have an mri done and all it showed was a small kidney stone. Not sure if that is the pain I am feeling. There are times that it feels worse than others. The pain is in the right hip area. Thanks,
