Could Irregular Heart Beat, Anxiousness And Shortness Of Breath Indicate Anxiety Attack?

I'm age 55 male. Have gotten irregular heart beat, anxiousness, shortness of breath. I have 1 PVC/ min to begin with but increases to 3 or 4. At first I was attributing it to coffee so I went decaf then I stopped. Then I'm thinking wine set off the latest attack. I hadn't had wine for2 weeks then I had two sips. It comes in the evening. Do you think it's a anxiety attack or signs of something worse.
