Could Irregular Timing Of Progyluton Cause A Delayed Period After 2 Months Of Missed Cycles?

Hi Iam 49 and not having periods from last two months I started taking progyluton from last 21 days now I have left it from last two days but still I didn’t get my periods . Wil they be back . Actulay when I was taking tabs time was not same is this cause of not getting periods what should I do now
