Could Irregular Vaginal Spotting And Soreness In Breasts Indicate Sign Of Menopause?

I had a period about a week ago and now I seem to have a little spotting the past 2 days. Not a lot though. My breasts seem to have been sore all through my period and continues to be sore. I am 45years old and I wonder if this is because I may br entering menopause?
