Could Irritation Caused In Throat Due To Toilet Cleaner Be A Matter Of Concern?

I was cleaning my bathroom with comet and had wiped down both the toilet and sink with comet afterwards I rinsed my sponge out with water to remove the comet and just to get rid of and slight white residue I sprayed with windex now my throat is slightly scratchy. This was about 5 hours ago should I be concerned?
