Could Irritation Due To Stress Be A Symptom Of ADHD?

yes thank you . I am 61 divorced male with ADHD Adult for all of my life . have been counseled and on meds for all my .adult life . more recently I have been on generic Zoloft and generic wellbutrin for years now . du to my lack of insurance until Obama care last year /Humana. my question is I have not had my meds for 4 4 days until today.is it not un common to get irritable from family stress ,a brother who does not understand my inability to control my spending when I working at a sales job and depends on a family trust for my basic living expebanses ? and not taking my meds ? wow please advise soon have to leave in an hour . thank you oh I can not pay with a card today . brother has cut off my bank acct sorry
