Could Itching In Scalp And Back With Blisters Around Breasts Indicate Shingles?

About 3 or more werks ago I developed 2 blisters ( for a lack of a better term) one on my right breast and the other under my bra line on the left side. Neither bothered me so I didn't worry about them. Yesterday the one on my breast was itchy so I applied benedryl gel which helped. Today I noticed I have 3 more spots on my right breast 2 on my left another under bra line on left and 2 on left side at bra line. The only other symptom I have is an itchy scalp around my right ear and the back of my right hand itches at times. Could this be shingles?
