Could Itchy Rash And Sore Breasts Be Due To Logynon?

hi i had a medical abortion on 25th of march and started takin logynon ed straight away i have not had a period and am now on to my next pack but have sore breasts and in the last week i have come out in a really itchy rash is this because of the pill?
