Could Itchy Spots On The Forehead And Cheeks With Dry Eyes Be Premenopausal Symptoms?

hi. im 65 and have some menopause symptoms including dry eyes. ive noticed im getting red itchy spots on my forehead and odd one on my cheeks. seems worse after showering. i have dry hair and skin anyway. what do you think is causing this. is it hormonal. thank you.
