Could Lack Of Concentration And Motivation Be Due Sleep Aids?

I have bipolar depression and am on Wellbuterin and Seroquel. I was also on Lamectil but I had a hard time concentrating and remembering things so I quit on the Lamectil. I still can't concentrate and do not have motivation. Could it be the Seroquel or possible sleep hang over from sleep aids?
