Could Lack Of Energy Be Due To Back Pain And Shingles?

I don t eat meat. And the only problem I really have is no energy. I blame the pain for most of it. I cant bend down. Or if I do I have back pain. My feet hurt when I walk or stand too long. I do have panic attacks....that can come on for no reason. I went 9 years without one then I lived on Zanax for a year. Then I got shingles and the panic attack went away? Now I use one Zanax at bedtime....or I don t sleep until the sun comes up.
