Could Large Red Rash On Lower Abdomen Be Due To Benazepril?

My doctor (heart) changed my benazeprrail dosage from 10 Mg with a water diruetic in it to no water diruetic to 20 Mg. I now have a large rash on my lower stomach area. It is red. Could it be from the benaprazil? I have had it about a month. It begin about the same time. My doctor says it is not the benazepril causing it.
