Could Laryngomalacia In Infant Be Due To Alcohol Consumption By Mother During Pregnancy?

Hi there, my sister-in law drank while she was pregnant. Not a lot, just a couple a night a few times a week. Red and white wine or beer. No hard liqueurs. Her son now has very bad laryngomalacia and had quite a traumatic birth and got an infection and was in ICU for the first week. He is in the bottom 3% in weight and is 5months old now. My question is can drinking while pregnant increase the chances of your child developing laryngomalacia? Or is it purely coincidental?
