Could Lichen Sclerosis Cause Swelling, Redness And Burning In Private Parts?

My age is 40. Wt. 165. For over 3 years I have had awful problems under my arm pits that usually worsen 10 days before my period. In mare armpits I first started getting ingrown hairs? That wasn't it they turn in to large painful boils that I would use hot compresses to bring them to a head, and then they would final open up draining puss (yellow almost green at times). I was put on minocycline I've been taking this for 3 years. I try not to take it all the time, but I do need this to stop constant cysts from forming on my armpits and at times under my breasts, these are not as often. Now I am having another problem which worsens before my period. I have swelling, redness, burning that spread throughout my labia,clitoris,opening of vagina, and back toward mt anus. I also feel small bumps on the outer margins of my labia and out away from mt anus. Are these two problems related? Is lichen sclerosis a possibility? I have had tiny white spots on my face and other parts of my body that my anestitian(cosmetology licensed) calls millia. what is going on, I feel like I am falling apart. I have had the same partner for 15 years. I have had a colposcopy when finding the HPV virus during a pap, that was 16 yrs ago. All my paps have been normal since. Please help
