Could Light Discharge And Dizziness While On Breastfeeding Be Periods?

Breastfeeding 9 month old Daughter. 3 weeks ago I had a dizzy spell that took me off my feet. 2 weeks ago I had 7 days of light panty liner bloody discharge. The last two days I have been having a light pink/brown discharge very light and faint. Is this my period returning? Should I be concerned.
