Could Light Headedness And Pressure On Head Be Due To Anxiety?

Hi,
Since New Year's Eve I have had a really bad virus / bacterial infection, I literally felt very poorly and am taking medication for which finishes tomorrow. I am making a slow recovery after this horrible illness, but as I already suffer extreme health anxiety this has really knocked me for six.
I started with abdominal pain in December 2014 and I have just got the results back, I have two small kidney stones, both on right and left. I am waiting to see a urologist but I have being feeling lightheaded, and now I have pressure on top of my head with the lightheaded feeling. Could this be the kidney stones or my anxiety as it's really worrying me. I am epileptic and I feel I have not been drinking enough and this may be the cause of the kidney stones.
