Could Light Headedness Be Due To Internal Bleeding?

I am very scared because I think that I have internal bleeding in my head/brain also whenever I get up after I am laying down for a while or in the morning when I wake up even sometimes during and after exercise I get very light headed. I feel that it s starting to get worse and I am not exactly sure what is happening. Also being light headed has been affecting my sight I am starting to see weirdly and I would just like to know what it going
