Could Light Headedness Be Related To Back Pain?

Is there something wrong with my eyes? I had to do hiring paperwork today (took 4 hours) and started to get lightheaded. I had a snack 2 hours into it hoping that s what if was but got no relief I feel like my body wants to vomit and I have back pains. Could the back pain be related? Help!
