Could Light Headedness Be The Cause For Imbalance In Body?

I was diagnosed and treated for BPV about 2 weeks ago. I am no longer dizzy but instead I now feel as if my head is full of water and is bobbing up and down which gives me a light headed sensation and off balance feeling. My face and ears are flush and hot to the touch. Is this still related to BPV?
