Could Light Pink Bleeding, Bloating, And Tender Breasts Close To Two Weeks After A Period While On Birth Control Indicate A Miscarriage?

How do I know if I am having a mid carriage? I have have fluid discharge during the day and am home now with a little light pink bleeding but nothing heavy.
