Could Light Spotting Be Due To Withdrawal Symptom Of Depo Shot?

Hi my name is Kirsten. i am 19. I was on Depo for 3 years with no period. I got my last shot sometime in Oct and was due for my next shot in Dec. I decided not to get my last shot due to me getting married. On Jan 8th I started spotting. It started out light, got heavy, light, and stopped. I started spotting again Jan 28th. It is light as of now. What does this mean?
