Could Light Vaginal Bleeding And Cramping After Having Unprotected Sex Indicate Pregnancy?

I have light vaginal bleeding and slight cramps and bloating to my stomach and a clear vaginal discharge and it s been going on for about 3 days now after sexual intercourse and I had unprotected sex could this be a sign of early pregnancy symptoms or could this be a another serious problem?
