Could Light Vaginal Bleeding During Menstruation Be The Symptom Of Pregnancy?

Good evening, Dr.! I did two pregnancy tests about 17 days after the supposed conception and they resulted negative. After three days I did a hcg blood test and ITS result was 0,10 ml. The thing which made me question everything was that my menstruation came on time but it lasted only two days and was a reduced flow. Are there chances for me to be pregnant after two urine negative tests and a negative hcg? Thank you!
