Could Light Vaginal Bleeding Post Unprotected Sex Be Due To Pregnancy?

i had a miscarriage on nov 5 of last year, i took the depo shot and didnt have my period for two months but now ive been on it for around 38 days, i did not go back to take the shot, and had unprotected sex, could i be pregnant even tho im still bleeding? My period is very light at times is brown and others is red?
