Could Light Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy Be A Matter Of Concern?

Hi Doctor,
I'm 6weeks pregnant after my 3rd attempt on icsi. I am on Duphaston. Spotting happening about a week ago at most 3 times a day. The last 2 days I'm getting slightly heavier spotting one time a day. Is there any cause for concern? What should I do now? I don't want to lose this baby.
