Could Loss Of Appetite And Heartburn Be Related To Typhoid?

Hi there . I'm a 24 year's old man living for 4 months now in Mexico. 2 weeks started to suffer from a heartburn for a week then the stomachssl started as well. Doctor diagnosed me with gastritis gave me omeprazole and blood test . The result was tifico O 1:160, gave me ciprofloxacin but he said we catch it by mistake and it has no connection to my appetite lost , stomachs. And heartburn.

I'm confused cuz I read that is a typhoid and it seem pretty suitable with my symptoms... what do you think?and what should I do next? Thank you
