Could Loss Of Appetite Be Due To Stress And Anxiety?

Recently I have a loss of appetite and don’t feel hungry at all due to some kind of stress/ anxiety with relationships. Because of skipping meals, I am losing weight. I had all my blood test done last month (sugar, thyroid, lipid, kidney, liver, CBC) all is normal. What would be the best medicine to increase appetite so I can eat well ? I read about Practin, but then what dosage and what are the side effects?? I am 36 yrs old and weight only 43 kgs, I want to get back to 48-49 kgs like I was before.
