Could Loss Of Memory And Slurred Speech Be Due To Neurontin?

hi! I m wanda. I take Neurontin 3x a day for severe diabetic pain in feet and hands. cannot drive anymore due to sensation loss. doe is 300mg orally daily for nearly a year. can this drug cause memory loss similar to pre frontal lobe dementia with speech inappropriate word use and labeling + slow to find an appropriate response to parts of normal conversations?
