Could Low Blood Pressure Be Due To Medications Taken For Bronchitis?

i presently take metoprolol succ er 50mg tab at night before bed..today i learned i have bronchitis.. i have been prescribed cheratussin ac syrup which i took around 2:30pm this afternoon. earlier this morning my pressure was 133/75...right now i just took my pressure and it was 103/68 pulse 68...i am a little fearful to take my nightly dose due to these low numbers...what if my numbers go below 90/60??? did this cough meds lowers my numbers?? i have sprayed my nose with fluticasone... and i took 2 capules of benzonatate 100mg at 2:30pm also...i have no seen my pressure this low in many years..ms. dorsey....678-705 1323 feel free to if needed
