Could Low Haematocrit Values Be A Matter Of Concern?

I recently went to my doctor recently for a checkup and he ordered the usual blood tests. He told me that if I did not hear from him everything was fine. I decided to call his office a few weeks after the blood tests and was told by the secretary that my hemoglobin was 127 G/L, my hematocrit was 0.380 L/L, and my RBC count was 4.11 X10 12/L, all of which are a little below normal. The doctor said he didn't call me because the readings were not significantly low. All the other hematology levels were normal. I have no other symptoms of anemia such as fatigue or dizziness. My bowel movements are quite regular and normal and mid-brown in colour, not black that would indicate blood. Can one have there slightly low readings and still be okay? I am quite anxious about all of this. Maybe I need a new doctor.
