Could Low Motility Rate Of Semen Be A Matter Of Concern?

Dear sir, my wife is not pregnent. I have test my semen and result of testing following. motility is 35% sperm count is 45million/ml morphology normal pH is alkaline RBC s is nill And my docter prescribe me Paternia Plus Tablets. Sir are satisfy my result, if any problen in my semen analysis result plz suggest and help me, and explain use of Paternia Plus Tablet..? with Regards, Shoaib Malik
