Could Low Umbilical Fluid During Third Trimester Be A Matter Of Concern?

Hello doctor, Im in 9th month now. Yesterday i went to doc for checkup. She told us there is less water (umma neeru) in my body. Is there any problem for my baby. She suggest me to take glucose powder daily. Is this good for my health n baby health?please suggest me
