Could Lower Back Ache Be Related To Mirena Coil?

I had a merina coil fitted in Jan, I thought no side effects, no bleeding or weight gain..but for past 4 months Ive had lower back ache which goes down my left leg, it is worse during the night. My GP has booked me for an MRI next month, but as I was looking up back ache-I came across lots of forums relating it to the merina? I had not thought of this before?

What is your opinion?
