Could Lower Back Pain Along With Blood In Urine Be Due To Elevated Protein Levels?

I have consistent lower back pain and abdominal pain. My OBGYN has done an ultrasound on my ovaries and everything is ok. I also have blood in my urine for over a year. I also have too much protein in my blood and urine. What could be the possible causes of the lower back pain and blood in my urine
