Could Lump Beside The Drained Abscess On Buttocks Be Another Abscess?

Hi I had a abscess on my butt cheek and had to have surgery and was left with a open wound since having surgery it got infected and have taken two different kind of antibiotics prescribed by my gp it was feeling better but was a lump by my wound which has started healing and closing up but today my gp kept pressing the lump and it was painful and now it's still painful and can see pus sort of type under skin on my scar is this another abscess and if it leaks out will it be safe
