Could Lump In Testicle Be Due To High Testosterone Levels?

Im a 20 year old male. I recently got blood work done because i was having weird thoughts and i have gynecomastia on my left breast. Test results came back stating i have 10 times the normal amount of testosterone some my age should. Recently i had an unltrasound done on my scrotum because i felt a floating lump in my left side and the confirmed it as a cyst. Just recently i was feeling around my right side and i can now also feel another lump forming on my right testicle. Is my high testosterone all causing these problems? If so, how did this happen?
